Another customer Scott experience Great travel binoculars.

"You get what you pay for" usually applies to binoculars. I own a pair of marine binoculars that sell for about $300 and a pair I purchased for hunting that cost about $200. They are both heavy and high quality, you are paying for quality optical glass and coatings, and in the case of the marine binoculars, they are also completely waterproof. I had a pair of Sharper Image binoculars that I paid $20 for and finally threw them out. So I wasn't expecting much. I knew they would be light, but I didn't expect the optics to be so bright and clear. I have to say I am really impressed. I have traveled with my heavy binoculars and hate carrying them, these will go everywhere with me, they are light and easy to throw in my suitcase or backpack. Two thumbs up!

These are not perfect, but the minor issues I have with these binoculars I also have with my high priced, heavy pairs. I wear glasses to correct an astigmatism, so I can't look through any binoculars and see perfectly without my glasses. Looking through these with my glasses on, the image field is small. When I take off my glasses and put them against my face, the field of view is huge. So if you wear contacts or don't need glasses, you are going to love these. My corrections isn't horrible, so I will use these without my glasses. The instructions say if you use these with glasses you should roll back the eye cups, but the rubber is stiff, very small and won't roll back. Bigger, softer eye cups would be a nice upgrade, but I wouldn't avoid buying these over the eye cups.

If you are new to optics, there are few things you should know. When you use binoculars, bring the side in until the images you see forms a single image. You don't want two independent images, it will be clearer and brighter when they merge. Also, the "night vision" bit is nonsense. Binoculars collect photons, the bigger the lenses, the more photons they can collect. That's why bigger telescopes see fainter objects; more photons, brighter image. You pay more for bigger optics, whether it's for a camera, telescope, or binoculars. So can you see better in low light with binoculars - yes, but that is not night vision. These have a pair of 25mm (1") lenses in front, if you want bigger, expect to pay a lot more.

My friend Brittany Norman experience Incredible view!.

I bought these for my up coming vacations and tried them out at a local park to see just how well they worked! I was pleasantly surprised how crystal clear the view was and it focused perfectly! The quality is amazing, very good material. It also adjusts to fit your face better. I would highly recommend these binoculars! I can’t wait to use them on vacation and view all the wildlife up close!

My friend Mary O Talk Used even before our Alaskan trip.

These binoculars are lightweight easy to adjust and my granddaughter loves them. As you can see she used them for her costume for for book club review. Once they were out of the box they were around her neck and she wanted you to look at what she was discovering. If you’re looking for a gift for a young child. This is an excellent one. We ended up with 3 to use on our AK cruise. Good for whale watching. Searching for eagles and other wild animals.

A review Jon said Great for the price!.

I mainly bought these so I can see where my bullets hit when shooting at the range. The glass on these binoculars are large enough (25mm) that even in a dim lit indoor range I can still make out details at 30 meters (90 feet). That is probably the minimum distance these binoculars work as anything closer is too hard to adjust for due to the 10x magnification. I also like the grips on the side as they give a secure feel in my hands. Additionally they also come with an included pouch and neck strap. The focus adjustments work well and the glass is clear. Remember to first adjust the left eye using the focus knob in the middle THEN adjust the right eye piece to make both views equal. My right eye is weaker then my left but the adjustments worked perfectly.

These binoculars are good enough and compact enough to bring to sports games and outdoor events but cheap enough that I don't have to worry about losing them or perfect storage conditions. They are also rugged and waterproof so they can stand up against the elements.

Another customer Amy say Perfect for sports watching.

I bought these for myself to watch my husband surf, and before I even got to we went to the US Open surf competition and he comendeered them quite quickly! They are really awesome. He pretty much stole them from me and his exact words were “these are amazing! I can see everything!” I look forward to taking them to the beach now and watching my husband surf. He used to get lost in the sea of matching wetsuits. Now I can see his footwork when longboarding. Highly recommend. They are adjustable and fit both our faces.

My friend Janine Jones Talk Lightweight, easy to hold and use, sharp, clear images!.

This is the most amazing pair of compact binoculars I have ever used! They are very light to hold, yet feel very solid and durable and well made. I use them mainly to watch birds in the back of our yard, where there’s plenty that gather in the woods, but the compact size make them easy to grab and bring along anywhere! Very easy to hold and use, and distant objects focus extremely sharp and clear. I have a larger old pair that used to sit on my counter that I used to watch birds and deer, but they are so heavy that they become tiring to hold if you’re watching for any length of time, and they’re really a pain to adjust left and right lenses to be able to focus. I haven’t used them since I got these! The best thing about these is they fit in the palm of my hand, aren’t heavy and bulky like my old pair, but still deliver bright, lucid images of objects far away! We use them all the time !

While Alex say Compact size.

This is a great set of binoculars. My mom lives on a couple acres on land and always has animals and birds, these will be perfect for her to be able to look out her window and see. I looked out my window and couldn't believe how far I could see with a clear picture. They are very easy to handle and adjust easily. They have a good firm grip so they will not slide out of your hands. I love how compact and lightweight they are!. My kids also picked these up when they saw them and could handle them easily and figured them out without much instruction from me. The product is high quality and very durable. Included in with the binoculars is a case, a lens cloth, and a strap that attaches to the binoculars.

This a word from Anthony & Family experience fantastic clarity but its 8x25 NOT 10x25.

Fantastic clarity & low light efficiency for a compact, but definitely NOT a 10x25 - its only 8x25, which helps explain why the specs list a greater field of view for this binocular compared to other 10x25 binoculars. Overall its well worth the money, worthy of 5 stars as an 8x25 binocular best suited for children & young adults (but 4 stars due to false labeling)

My friend Captain Conquer tell us Great quality and value!!.

These binoculars are so amazing. I have put them to the test over the past 5 days at 2 different locations that I go to just to spend time in nature. I am able to get such a clear HD quality view of whatever I want to focus on. Today I was able to look at curly tailed lizards, a iguana eating, a turtle in a pond, a great crane and other species of unknown birds with great detail and insight. I have a net like pocket on the outside of my backpack that I never used but it seems like it was made just for theses small, light and powerful binoculars. If my backpack is with me then these are with me without me even noticing them until I need them. The value that I will get from these will be priceless for a nature lover like myself.

A review Abraham Lincoln said Not a suitable choice for kayaking.

I've had these for a while and took them out on the kayak for the first time today. They got splashed plenty (and maybe sat in some water), and now there's a significant amount of water in both lenses. It's rated IPx4 which means it should be fine against a splash - and maybe I went beyond that, so the seller's description isn't necessarily inaccurate.

Unfortunately they're so cheaply constructed that taking them apart to repair is almost impossible without breaking them, because some of the parts are plastic-welded together.

Anyway, if you're focusing on the waterproof qualities of these binoculars, just understand that if these get dunked in anything, they're toast instantly.
