I searched for a camera that I could place in my home without being obviously a camera. And after trying several I learned I didn’t want to rely on batteries or have a USB line to the unit. I found this camera that simply plugs into a wall outlet and looks like a USB phone charger and can actually be used as a charger! The app download was fast and accurate and the charger came with a link to a video showing how to activate the unit as well as an instruction pamphlet and the email address for questions. And it was fast and simple! The location that was best for me had no outlet available but I just used an extension cord and placed it next to several audio components. I purchased a 32 gig card to easily install in the unit and you can even format the card from the app. It came with a USB reader to use with your computer making it easy to save and view the recorded videos. I contacted their customer service a number of times by email, since I guess I’m not that good at the electronic things, and they replied back quickly, with great information and I would recommend this company for any of their products. They even followed up with emails to ask if I was able to solve my issue. Of course, all my issues were caused by me!

You'll need to use your usb, i got a32 for it. includes a little tool to open it and insert card, the camera is very small, picture quality is very clear. there is a qr code for a video to show you how to set it up and an app to see your videos or take pictures. its pretty neat and is a real usb.

I had trouble setting up this camera. I think it was my phone. Customer service worked with me non-stop until I was happy. Big thumbs up!!

Defenitly a good hidden camera with very good video quality, the night vision works well in low light but not in complete darkness. Set up can take a couple of tries but overall a good camera to have in an office or home. If you email support for help with anything they do a great job in helping you out.

I really like the idea of this and it works really well if you have an outlet that allows you to face the camera the way you want it to. Picture quality is good for the size of the camera. I'd definitely recommend this to my friends!

This camera was easy to set up. I was able to move it around different areas of my house without any issues. As soon as the camera detected the WIFI connection I was able to see it on my phone application. The delivery was fast. The lighting is excellent even with low light. Now, even without a memory card, I am able to record video and photos with easy sharing. I am planning to order a few more cameras for my home. My favor part is the Motion Detection Video mode; the application will notify you every time It detects any type of movement with no lagging at 720p.

This is a product that most likely could improve - if the software is improved. What I mean: Getting the software to work and not immediately crash - a pain. Once it is working, the fit and finish is terrible (and I'm ignoring the lack of meaningful instructions)... I would have liked it if I could have rotated the picture.

Lastly, the field of view is not great. You really need to position this at least 20 feet away to get a decent field of view - but then the resolution... As for sound, didn't even try to look at that.
