Best baby monitor for the price! Ok maybe a slight exaggeration as I've only bought this Wi-Fi baby monitor. The other good reviews and the price lured me in. My husband and I have purchased two other monitors in the past year for my son's room (a lot more expensive, mind you). Neither are wifi monitors that connect to your phone. They're more the " traditional" camera and monitor setup. Anyway, we bought this one because we live on acreage and when we get too far from our house we'd lose signal on our other monitor. I installed it yesterday afternoon (and by install, I just mean put it on a shelf, my husband will be the one to mount it on the wall). But the picture was so clear! The night vision was AMAZING. It blew our other monitor out of the water. I do have to say (and maybe it's due to placement at the moment), it did pick up the white noise machine a lot more. But I loved that you could zoom (and the picture would stay clear) and pan/tilt. For reference on the zoomed in pictures, my son's room is large and he was juuuust low enough in the crib. But had he been on the other side, or if we moved the camera to where his other one is, I'm sure I'd have been able to see him breathe! Could've used this when he was a newborn. I'm sure there are far better ones that cost more money but I was thoroughly surprised and happy with how great this one was for the price! I'm hoping to add more as I continue to use it and it replaces our other monitor.

I've had this camera for about a month now and I have to say I'm really impressed! The set up was incredibly easy using the app and it was up and running in under 10 minutes. In the future, we are going to use to check on our cats when going on trips for a few days but for now I've been testing it in various locations around my house to see how it performs.

The picture is very clear (720p) and the motion detection works perfectly, even in the dark. I get a notification from the app every time someone/thing enters the field of view. At first I was receiving too many notifications but I turned the sensitivity down and now it is tuned correctly. I also inserted a microSD card and it takes snapshots and brief videos of all the times the motion sensor goes off. One last thing I think is cool is the ability to control the cameras direction just by swiping on the current live display in the app.

There are still features I haven't tried out yet (IP camera for one) but I can say that this camera is well worth the cost.

Setup:
For the most part, setup was pretty well done. The voice prompts made the process clear and easy to follow while their software (MIPC) did a good job walking you through everything. The only issue I ran into was that their wifi password had to be typed in – quickly. Take too long, it clears. Switch between apps, it clears. So, if you have a 40-digit random password for your WiFi like I do, it takes a little work to get that in!

Access:
So far, I can only access the camera through the MIPC software. This is fine if you trust their cloud services but I’m the type that is hesitant of unknown cloud services. You’re just trusting that they aren’t recording 24/7 or that they don’t have any security issues that could let just anyone tap into your camera feed. The camera itself does have a local webpage you can use to access it. However, I could not get it to stream video (Windows 10: Chrome, Edge, or Firefox; Android: Chrome) so that interface did not work. I could not find any documentation on how to access the raw image/feeds which means you’re stuck with their MIPC interface (again, clean software – I just don’t trust cloud-services!). I did appreciate that they did a got job pushing you to change the default passwords and to use https to access the internal webpage despite that feature not actually being available [yet]. In the past couple of weeks, I’ve only had it freeze up on me twice and that was only after the initial setup. It has been running solid ever since then.

Functionality:
The camera works and exceeded my expectations here. The pan & tilt worked great in the software, 2-way voice communication worked well, images are very good in both color and IR – everything you would expect from a camera like this. Even better – this worked well over 2.4 GHz WiFi connection where other cameras have struggled. If I had to pick on it, I would like a wider lens and more IR light but, overall, I was pleasantly surprised and very impressed with the C11’s capabilities as a camera.

Final Thoughts:
The hardware is solid and it works exactly as expected. Images are great for security camera use and installation was a breeze. The shortcomings would be in the firmware/software of the camera. I would really like to be able to set it up, view it, and control it without depending on any external resources or cloud services and right now you cannot do that. Thankfully though, that software can be updated so hopefully LEFUN will be able to work out those kinks in a future software update.

 I used it for the purpose of monitoring my baby and now I am thinking of using it for surveillance purpose because of its less price and easy installation. Before this, I thought it could difficult to set a wireless security camera on our without expert help. This easy set up crushed that mindset. 
Since this one is supporting night vision as well, it will be easy to monitor the baby also, if we are in a different timezone. we can capture the great moments also with the help of card storage.

The camera works great! Quick and easy to set-up and connect to the internet, which can be done through wireless or ethernet cable (they provide an ethernet cable). The camera has a night-vision function to be able to see in the dark and it works surprisingly well! The video definition is really crisp and you can adjust brightness and other things.

The camera also comes with a wall mount so you can install it easily to the wall so it can be out of reach of pets or little kids.

The app you download to use the camera from your phone is easy to use and can be used to 'talk' through the camera, which is great and useful for quick communication.

Overall, this is a great buy and definitely worth it for such a good price

 The camera is small but gives big results! The video is clear as well as the audio. If you didnt read in the description: this camera has two way audio, so I can talk in the camera and who ever is viewing the video feed from their phone can speak. We did this from different distances and never had a issue. For the viewer to pan and tilt the camera you just have to slide on the phone, it is so instinctive and easy to use. We haven't decided where to mount it, but it comes with mounting hardware so we can place it on a shelf or use hardware to mount it. A complete package. I will be purchasing at least 2 more to complete my set up.

Easy set up and easy to use. It can be used as a baby monitor and security cam. The panning, tilting & zoom feature gives you a great field of view and allows you to see the whole room. You can also speak and hear what’s going on. The micro SD card also lets you record the video.

I really like this camera, I can adjust the camera view when I'm not even home. I can move it up, down and side to side. I can even listen to see if anything is wrong and I can talk so the person near the camera can here me. This camera was very simple to operate. No guessing with anything. Was fun just setting it up and playing with all the operations that it can do. I always wanted a camera like this, but they always cost way to much. This camera is very affordable, cost the came as the simple camera I already owned that does not move and I can not talk for people near it to hear me.
The view of this camera is so clear, I was very surprised at the great quality and affordability of this camera.

 I got this so that i can watch the dogs and talk to them while i am at work and i ll think it'll do the job. It was super easy to setup and the quality actually looks really good for being 720p. I was amazed at how there was hardly any lag or delay when viewing the camera. It can rotate almost 360 degrees, I can go just about 180 degrees then back another 180 degrees. It also pans up and down from the floor to the ceiling, so it has a very high field of view. You can record straight to your phone or computer or you can set it up for cloud recording. Overall really god camera for the price.

I picked this up along with the black 1080 version.
Both are fantastic.
I’ve used both in the nursery as baby monitors, and also used this on the porch as a way to keep an eye on the entrance and deliveries.
I’m super satisfied with it.
It came with a mounting disk to mount it on the wall or ceiling, which is nice, as I want it where a thief can’t just swipe my camera too.
It gives a great picture, even in low light conditions.
The motion detection works awesome to let me know when I have a package delivered or a guest at the door. It also lets me know when to not answer for those magazine sellers.
I can speak through it intercom style too, which is really helpful.
All told, I’m happy as can be with the camera.
The app is simple and very intuitive to use as well

This has provided extra security and piece of mind to my home.
