These are being packaged wrong you only get the firestick. there is no remote control that comes with it or the dongle so the stick is no good with out the remote .they are pulling this and reviewing it I tried it twice

My purchase came with everything a brand new firestick 4k would come with minus the original box. The box it came in was packed very well with each individual item in its original packaging. Item seem brand new in aftermarket box! I own a second generation firestick and have been happy with it. I debated if the upgrade would be worth it, and to my surprise this new 4k firestick makes me want to river dance on my 2nd gen firestick then light it on fire. There is no lag/stutter at all when scrolling through menus. Set up is a breeze. Loaded Kodi up and began to test and compare all of the same things that I was using on my 2nd gen firestick. Media and content load so much faster without buffering and stuttering video like my old stick. On my old firestick some streams were unwatchable and constantly buffered and paused randomly throughout playback. I have yet to have that happen with this 4k stick, even on content that my old firestick would struggle with. 4k playback is flawless with no hiccups. All in all, I am very happy with my purchase. I wouldn't dream of going back to my old firestick. I am also using a ethernet adapter with the 4k firestick(used same one with 2nd gen). Everything works better, and this device does not seem to have heat issues that the 2nd gen stick had. If you have the 2nd gen stick and on the fence about upgrading. Do it! And if you want to save a few bucks like I did get a refurb one.

really disapointed wotked fine the first day i installed it for a few hours the next day started freezing and everytime you tried clicking on an app would keep jumping to difrent apps i learned not to buy referbished products again its defective shipping it back for my refund and will order a new one dont buy from this seller didint want to send my refund after he recieved it had to go further to get my refund bad seller

I got this at a discount Amazon was offering for Prime members ($26.99 each plus tax). Great deal for a quality product. I also have a Roku Express and feel this devise not only delivers a better picture (on my 1080p TV) but the Alexa remote is a nice feature that Roku does not have. I highly recommend this refurbished Firestick.

I have used a multiple number of Android boxes, all have left something out. THe Fire TV stick is amazing, it has a very intuitive interface and plays 100% of my store library of movies, something no other box was able to do.

Remote 2 minute after turning on. Never even got to setup. New batteries did not help. No remote no Alexa so returned. Getting the none refurbished just in case, as love me Echo that also got today. Only 2nd time in 15 years of buying Refurbished that an item failed.
