Reviews: Otoscope Teslong Microscope Inspection Adjustable

Another customer Jon/wendy say Image of ear drum is clear, and it’s easy to use.

This will pay for itself very quickly. I was tired of taking my kids to the doctor for suspected ear infections and after I get there they did not have one (and no medicine was needed) and sometimes they did. So it’ll be nice to know when it’s necessary to spend the money to see our pediatrician or not.

It comes in a nice case with little pockets to stay organized. I am very impressed with the instructions. They were very easy to understand. I got it setup in just a few minutes with my phone. Pit it in my ear and the eardrum was very easy to see. Image is clear.

Highly recommend to others with little kids who get sick frequently.

Review jose lopez say Great value.

Very easy to use and with good quality images

As Suthrntrvlr tell us Great to keep up with the Family’s Ears !!.

This things is awesome ! I have a welch allyn otoscope at home that I also use in Clinical and this thing is much easier. I was really suprised at the quality of picture and how easy it was to use. Plus you can save the photos to your Iphone photo library !

This a word from Emilymu154 say Works! I am able to check my kids ears and send photos to the Dr..

This Otoscope connects easily to my iphone with an app. It is user friendly and I had no trouble figuring out how to see in my ear. The kit includes the camera with light, different size ear tubes and little scoops to get the wax out. I am able to see in my kids ears and send pictures to the Doctor which has prevented a trip to see him for simple ear infections. I have also been able to check out my own ears and found wax and was able to use the provided scoops to get it out. There is a slight learning curve to getting in the ear and rotating the camera to see what you want but once you get the hang of it you are able to go right to what you need to see. Overall I am very happy with this product.

As Katherine Antonini said This is one hell of a little camera!.

This otoscope is amazing! My son has had ear problems all his life (he’s 13). I am constantly taking him to the ear doctor for earaches. I had a basic otoscope that just allowed you to look in the ear. It was okay, but nothing special. It just started crapping out on me so I decided to get one that you can look at on your phone/computer. After researching thoroughly, I decided to give this one a try. Am I glad I did! This otoscope came neatly packaged in a little black, semi hard case. It looks like it will be good protection. At first, looking at the instructions, it seemed a bit confusing. But really all you have to do is download the app, turn the otoscope , put the appropriate tip (IPhone, Android) on the cord and plug it into your phone. You’ll immediately see whatever the camera is pointing at. It truly is amazing. I haven’t received any compensation for this review. I paid full price for it. I just had to write how great I think this little doodad is! 😁

This a word from Jzee tell us Great photos and videos for those hard to see places.

This tiny camera is awesome! I am so impressed by the quality of the photos and videos. This is going to be such a useful tool for my son who gets chronic ear infections in winter! The camera comes with both iPhone or Android adaptors, extra throat and ear tips, and even a few alcohol pads to get you started (for cleaning the tool prior to use). Great product to have on hand with small kids!

While Chelsea D tell us Removes that unwanted wax!!.

Instructions that come with this are very easy to read. It took maybe 2 minutes to download the app and hook up otoscope to my phone. Luckily I am a nurse so using an otoscope is not new and was easy to look in the ears with. Even if I was not a nurse though this is so simple to use. I loved being able to look into my daughters ears and seeing her tubes are still in good placement. I also loved this because I could see all the ear wax and use the wax removers to easily remove the wax from our ears. I can not wait to use this in the future when we have the wax in the ears that a q-tip just can not reach.

My friend Kim tell us One of those Amazon purchases you won't regret! :).

Love this otiscope... lots of fun & usefulness, especially for how little it costs. Highly recommend it! Several people I've showed it to (even a relative who's s a surgeon, was super impressed with it!)

Works great - I'm using the "wired" (not wireless) version of the otiscope - and using it with a USA locked (not jail broken) Samsung Note 9 phone. Since android OS can be a little complicated, here are the steps to connect it if you're having trouble getting it connected (takes seconds to do them all - easy!) .

1) On your android phone, turn on "USB Debugging" (via your phone's "Settings-->"Developer options")...
2) then open up the companion app ("iUVC Pro" in the Google Play Store)...
3) Connect the provided USB cable to the otiscope and then to your phone,
4) THEN turn on the otiscope (small button 1 on the side of unit)...
5) and then ALSO turn on the otiscope's light (2nd button on the side... the otiscope's power on/off & its light's power on/off are 2 separate buttons on the side - and the light has 3 brightness levels you can toggle through)...
6) then on the iUVC Pro app screen, tap the upper-left icon (looks like 3 monitors connected by lines)...
7) then tap USB from the popup,
8) then slide the slider over to allow for USB tethering.
9) Then go "back" to the app (with back buttons, or by app-switching back to the iUVC screen), and your phone's screen should show you the otiscope image it's seeing. If it does not, or if the image is really dark or "black", make sure you've turned on the otiscope's light! (step 5).
10) When you're done using the otiscope, turn USB Debugging back off (it won't hurt your phone to leave it on, but some other apps you use may not like it to be on when using those apps - the only one I've ever noticed not liking it on is a banking app for fingerprint sign-on purposes).

Tips: While using, have the otiscope plugged in to power (use another cable) and charging while using it, if you plan to use it for more than like 15 minutes (believe it or not, it's easy to use this for more than 15 minutes! It's so much fun). Fun with a child also, for looking at anything really close up. :) Also - you don't need to use the black otiscope covers if you don't want to (to me, it's a a better view without them!) - just use normal human adult intelligence about how far to go into the ear canal, if using it in an ear.

Enjoy!

This a word from PMo Talk exactly what i was hoping it would be.

worked exactly as intended. instructions are a bit breif but didnt have much trouble getting it to work properly. i included a quick video to show the quality of the camera. like i said, worked as well as i could hope, and way better than a wireless model i tried that was complete garbage

This a word from KYtwinMoM say E-Care game changer.

As a nurse, I’m perfectly capable of looking in my child’s ears and know if there is a problem or not. Our MD has an e-care service but they are limited to what they can treat without an in-person assessment. Last time my 4 year old had an ear infection, I knew it and could see it with my standard otoscope. Knowing the doc would want to see it themselves before giving RX antibiotics I had to just take her to the office (during flu season 😷) . This will change the way doctors are able to triage and treat patients from a distance. I’ve tested it and was super pleased with how easy it was to set up and use. I even was able to let the kid try it out, she loved it and was amazed at how dirty her ears were. Amazingly clear picture with the ability to take still shots (will be great to send to doctor).
